My story

Hello, my name is PJ owner of The Workshop Industry Limited. Welcome. For the past 5 years I have learnt plenty of skills involved in the construction industry. Ever since I started at Lees Solutions LTD, I loved it ever since. To be working outside and being pro active, using a variety of tools, equipment and heavy machinery is an amazing feeling. Working here has taught me a lot about the skill and quality you need to be able to work under pressure while still being very precise and professional. Within Lees Solutions LTD I qualified to be able to remove and dispose of non - licensed asbestos. I have even learnt a few of the basics for other trades and professions as it was sometimes required in our job.

I worked with my cousin (Jimmy) for a number of years and everything I have learnt was because if him. Working with Jimmy was the best time I had at Lees, for multiple reasons. We would always listen, talk and work together. There was always something new to learn from Jimmy working with him day in day out. Also the fact that he is my cousin! I always enjoyed the odd days where we would be finished early, waiting for a concrete wagon to arrive and having a sandwich from the nearest sandwich shop together. Those days I wish would last. We would always talk on the way home and the longest journeys would always be the quickest.

I was always interested in how Jimmy and Luke had become so close, as we are, and how he was able to start something for himself. One day I told him my plan for The Workshop Industry Limited. Not long after I put the project into action and the ball was rolling.
